Perixx offers alternative trackballs (sold separately) for replacement or personal preference: Matte Red and Glossy Green. Glossy finishing specializes in agile and fast moving. Matte finishing services steady and precise pointing better.
*PERIMICE-517 comes with one built-in Glossy Red trackball. 

The trackball can be easily removed from the mouse buttonhole by fingers or a blunt side of a pen. Either use a soft brush or a soft, lint-free cloth (lightly moisten by water) and gently wipe down dust from the trackball.
